I’d have an incredibly hard time letting anything bigger than an 18” Red go. Awesome fish. Great fighters and a beautiful species. Taste great to. Another awesome video brother. Hopefully y’all will land a tarpon next trip. Fish 🎣 on 🇺🇸✌🏼

Thanks brother. 17-18” is perfect for grilling on the half shell. I kept a 22.5” last trip and cooked it in the grill, not as tasty as the smaller ones.

Hi Dan. Can you tell me what drone you use? I’d appreciate it. Awesome video by the way.

What kind of rods and reels are you using for tarpon fishing?
@LowCountryFishing3 жыл бұрын
My setup is 6000 spinning reels and 6’6-7’ heavy rods. Matt uses the same spinning reels and Penn squall conventional 20’s.

Hey Brian. Thanks for the support brother. I’ve now seen them in the May River, Calabogue Sound, Wassaw Sound, Ossabaw Sound and St Cats Sound

@@LowCountryFishing I was in ossabaw on Saturday saw a lot of bait even saw the backs of a few big trout and reds rolling on them but could not get that big bite my dad hook up on a few undersized fish. Better than working but would've loved something for the grill

@@bryanwilliams8841 keep hitting oyster beds and grass islands around ossabaw. They’re in there. The offshore reds are now pushing in too. It’s about to get good.
