Make sure when you build the fuel tank to plumb the return to the bottom of the tank. If it just shoots down from the top into the fuel, it will air rate the fuel causing the pump to pick up air and fuel. It’s something that a lot of people don’t think of and causes big headaches for the EFI

You guys should put those into production. I bet you could make a killing with those things. With the seat being lower to the ground, you wouldn't be as pronged to roll it unlike a 4 wheeler. I will be surprised if this isn't some kind of vehicle that will be mass produced some day. Its like a small and extremely awesome UTV / ATV hybrid, and just looks and seems too damn cool to not be picked up by a big company someday. Rottweiler Performance I installed your intake on my 990. Hands down the best mod I have done to my bike and definitely no hacksaw needed! They probably had to cut some custom made part that was in the way.

Reverse, 6th gear Snow-nuts!!!! I had a CVT trans Mercury Montego AWD car that I found would hit 120 in reverse in the snow!! lmao It was absurd. The G-forces would smash your faces against the door windows.

I'm blown away by this build. First off I want to say, this is the perfect application for this motor...this set up. this configuration. Lots of power, compact, 4x4, lots of suspension. quasi-low center of gravity.(but the wheel base makes up for that). and I think this is what is key .. and cool. I can see a side by side 4x4 , this motor ..you know? ....for the kids to play with !

You dont NEED workshop, its just very nice to have, but you can manage even on kitchen or living room with some safety precautions and much more dust management. I recently saw guy build his own cargo bike on kitchen floor with stick welder and i have made large custom table on apartment buildings living room, while kitched was parts storage, bedroom glue up room/material storage and balcony metal work shop. Just needed to vacuum way more often and be careful with the sparks. Thankfully i had nice neighbors who didnt give fuck, we just curious what i'm building. It also excellent way to test partners nerves and see how far you can go! :D
