Thanks for the video. I have 20 RC's and need a new one like I need a whole in the head. But, I did buy one of these for myself for Christmas. The metal steering knuckles and C-cups are over the top. I don't know of any brand who includes that, or a metal steering rack and servo saver. The new model even has a metal steering horn. Metal right where it's needed, and no excess weight by over doing it. Very well thought out. Obviously made for RC'ers BY RC'ers and I couldn't resist. For 200 dollars? What's not to like. Cheers.

i never got the first version because i seen complaints, This is the Best china RC i have got. It blew my mind how powerful and fast it is. most China RTR's are Slow, not this one, i dont see how it is gonna stay together on 3s, it's way too fast on 3s, but the box says it can handle it (well says the ESC can handle it) it's over powered like something i would build, but it's Stock LOL.

I just order one yesterday, but iam a beginner will be my first rc, Maybe is better to use the remote to tune down the speed, it’s crazy powerful, some people say to upgrade the tires for more stability, because the one from stock are no ideal for the car.

for a beginner you nailed it you been watching the videos… mine arrived today and I went out and ran 2 packs and I really love the car… Watch out for the motor overheating and full power in a straight line down the road is really hard… So yeah the new tires will probably help. I'm thinking about cutting holes in the body if you notice there's two scoops one on each side I'll open mine and make them functional to help the motor heat. Just be aware of it and take a break. To look at the car in real life is scary cool it just looks perfect. I also turned my power down from the remote and it's still fast but it made it a bit more stable until you want it back again and then just turn a back up…I think you're going to love it because I do. I think you'll do well you sound smart

you made a nice video… Super cool…mine arrived today … Same as yours except I didn't have the zap strap on my ESC doesn't look like it's necessary I checked… The car in real life looks so freaking beautiful. One of the nicest body paint jobs I've ever seen. I like the blue. I also bought the blue so I could have separate batteries instead of the big 5200 I prefer to use the battery separate to keep the car lighter. It's true the motor gets smoking hot so warning it's been reported… Also with mine the resolution for fine tuning the steering is really poor. You cannot fine tune it glitches from one side to the other for the steering servo. Driving the car you don't notice it much because the car is unstable anyway full power runs which have also been reported are difficult to get this to go in a straight line. The tires are crap I think you need real rubber and better street tires if that's what you're on… Overall the car is really impressive still I love it I would even recommend it… I was using mine with the power turned down and it still amazingly fun. and did I say every piece of this thing so cool

i ended up crashing into a tree on 3s and the steering servo died. replaced it and been bashing on 2s. this thing is too fast for its own good, haven't broke anything besides the servo, but i believe it because its on the edge. i also got a 9126 dual 390 brushed truck and its super slow out of the box and i think it was only $30 cheaper than the X07

Whats a good 3s battery for this car?, I know it says 3s can not exceed 25c... what 3s model battery did you use?

I used a Urgenex 3000mah 3s lipo, I don't recommend running this RC on 3s, it is too powerful for its own good,
