I felt like I was chasing my tail trying to find a decent wheel setup that didn't absolutely break the bank. I felt like I copped out by going with spacers on the front and on top of the stock rear spacers. But seeing you guys run that on the current wheel setup makes me feel infinitely better lol. You absolutely nailed it when you said the stock fitment is poor, and finding wheels is difficult. I've loved watching the progress you guys have been making, and the transparency and honesty through the ups and downs as you build this monster has been much appreciated. Looking forward to seeing you guys get this thing out in some events!

I don't think anyone has felt the need to upgrade the brakes on the GR. However it is a nice addition to the build.

For track use the brakes aren’t the greatest. Even with upgraded pads and rotors they still get hot and fade

Did you put in the Syvecs AWD controller for this session? If not, are you leaving it in 30:70 mode now always due to the ring/pinion swap?

I did have it plugged in and yeah I just use 30:70 mode and then turn the heat tolerance down on the controller so the dif stay active longer. And I never had an issue with it unlocking

What kind/weight oil do you run in your GRCs? Also I'm assuming the brake fluid is high temp and you have track pads? I'm new to all this but I'm loving my GRC and I'm loving what you guys are doing with yours😅

We use a specific valvoline 5w-30. Yeah track pads etc with motul 600 brake fluid.

We made a video awhile back about a fix for the over heating rear dif issue. We use a new ring and pinion that matches the gear ratios so the clutch pack doesn’t over heat as much
