Eating at Chick-fil-A for the First Time. Was it good? Is it worth it?

I always wanted to go to Chick-fil-A, but they are always closed on Sunday, the day I am able to. But today, I was eating something from them.

It is expensive, considering that it is a fast-food chain. The sandwich without the bacon was good, while the Maple Pepper Bacon Sand, tasted really like chemically flavored.

A lot of people really love Chick-fil-A. I only feel like eating it about once per year and then feel very thirsty afterwards. I'm also not crazy about their waffle fries.

Chick-fila was way cheaper just in 2020. It’s me and my wife’s favorite places still. I do agree though, I never feel to full at chick whenever I eat, that’s why I get at least 3 sweet tea refills before I head out lol.

I do not have any comparisons to prices before 2020. So, I am not able to tell. I just can tell by eating the food and how much I paid for and if it is worth it.

And they still only put $20.00 lol. I'll be honest, I worked fast food when I was young. The first time someone gave me exact change it threw me guard also. However, I soon understood what the implication was and didn't need a manager.

All I know is that Germans are direct and they seem to have a dry sense of humor. Which might come across as rude when directed at someone personally (here in the U.S.). It did look like she had to process how to take your countdown. But, as you said, they obviously didn't mean 2 seconds, and you obviously didn't expect anything in 2 seconds. You're just having fun with the expression (which people here in the U.S. do sometimes also).

I was not rude at all. We were constantly smiling at each other which you cannot see in the video because the camera was in the other direction. We knew that things like that can happen. If you would know the German language, you would also know that our language only sounds rude, but it is just the way our language tone is.

You need to touch some grass and live life a little. If you had any social awareness, you'd clearly see she wasn't offended and took time to realise it was a joke. Clearly knows he's not native. If he was actually "rude" I can bet my house that the reaction would have been completely different especially with the manager there with them...
