First time Dad reacts to BTS Butter Live Performance at "CDTV and THE MUSIC DAY"

one of the things that makes me proud of them is they always sing live... some will have backing tracks, but you'll always hear their live vocals...eventually you'd encounter some clips where one of them had throat issues yet still refused to lip sync and the other guys would help during their parts in the song

BTS almost always sings live. They sometimes pre-record performances of it's going to be on a TV show, but it's them singing in the recording. There is usually a backing track, of course, but it's their voices. Usually, the only time they are lipsynching is sometimes when doing dance practices or filming music videos. If you search, you can find video compilations of them singing live and you can tell because sometimes one of them will purposely skip a work; change a note... or one of the members will mess with the singer to make them laugh or skip a beat. JK did that to Jin while he was singing. Jk was in a costume creeping up on Jin. When Jin noticed JK he jumped and made a surprised noise which interrupted his vocals and you can clearly tell it was recorded live.

Their making a mirror when the come together in the middle. This guys are so so talented LOVE them.. BTS NEVER lip syncs, they always sing live, and no auto tune, they learned how to do it with their voices. They spell army alot when they first go on stage.

Yes!!! Hands down my fave Butter performance. I probably watch it at least once a month. Especially knowing the story behind their preparation for that performance and it was near perfection. 🫰💜

Thank you Nesto, I turned ARMY 2 years ago when I discovered them. It took me about 2 weeks after the first song which was My Universe with Coldplay. I have been a Bruce Springsteen fan for over 44 years and the band LIVE for 30 years, still love them but BTS have taken over my life in such a way, they are all I listen to, I’m watching Korean movies and series, I am studying the Korean language, I love their food. I feel BTS have also taken over your life, don’t you think so. Well there are worse obsessions 😂

I really wish you would explore more of their music. Watching all of the Butter performances can come in time. I don’t think you realize just how many songs you haven’t listened to yet. Please watch Boracity Magazine’s “An introduction to BTS’ Discography (Chapter One)”. 500 tracks before Chapter Two began. And there have been 8 solo albums, various collaborations and #9 album coming Friday with Jin’s “Happy”. You honestly haven’t scratched the surface yet. Borahae 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I just wanted to say thank you for your direct & beautiful statement to Nesto. I know it has to be intense being in the hot seat with Army particularly over the tiniest things. I know I have had multiple times when either one member or a few would boldly impress me with either a vocal line/rap flow or a particularly smooth dance move.
