Since these fillers are cheaper than real ingredients but stay right below allowable limits; but of course all processed food processors are doing this since the Economic crash of 2008. Go read Food and Drug allowable limits for harmful ingredients in processed food literature. When I was a teen our school food was horrible.this was during he 80s. Our neighborhood didn't have any fast food places close just a neighborhood store ran by a Pakistani family. Good folks. My dad used to work on their cars for store credit. They had the basic items, soda candy, plus some food products like bread ric bane just your basic corner market. They also had a deli and that's the first place I tried cous cous, baklava, and these Pakistani meatballs I can't remember the name of. Hey also had stuff for sandwiches. Types of lunch mats ,cheeses, tuna and egg and ham salads. The ham salad he got the recipe from my mom. But during my 7,8,9 the taxes I ate lunch from his store every day. Alot of times since I didn't have much money I'd just buy a box of little Debbie's oatmeal pies and a six pack of jolt colas. The original American carbonated energy drink in my opinion.a few of those sugary pies and a couple cans of jolt will get you buzzed like you just did a bunch of drugs.

Next, someone should send them some varieties of Cheez-Its [regular, white cheddar, pepper jack, buffalo, and hot & spicy] and Cheese Nips [for comparison]. I think they'd like Cheez-Its. They should like try the regular & white cheddar ones first, then try Pepper Jack, Buffalo, and Hot & Spicy. Personally, I like Hot & Spicy the best. They have a good amount of heat, and aren't too vinegary like the Buffalo ones. Pepper Jack is good too, though a bit milder. And Cheese Nips is just another competing cheese cracker brand, for comparison.
