I used to work at Olive Garden in Canada and the Calamari and mozzarella triangles are breaded in kitchen. The lasagna is made in the kitchen each morning in a big pan and then sections get cooked throughout the day.

I work at Olive Garden they premake the lasagna in the kitchen then they cook it later, that’s also where they do the mushrooms, soups, and any appetizers. They make everything in the back kitchen then the middle kitchen is where they cook it

I work at Olive Garden and the lasagna is made individually. They bake it for a hour before it’s served. The fettuccine Alfredo sauce is made in house. It’s just butter buttermilk lots of Parmesan and garlic salt pepper. The lasagna pasta comes pre frozen with the cheese inside and the cooks arrange it and bake it. Olive Garden is not bad I just wish we used more seasonings and used less salt.
