I love tripe! U ate truly and inspiration to always try something new. My mother was oldschool Mexican and made everything from scratch and always used any bit or part of any animal to feed us and my step sisters (non traditional) would always say ewwwww and my mom would laugh and say ok well now u can make yourself something to eat or starve. I am blessed I had a mother like her bc now i will never starve bc i will always try any kind of food and tbh theres not a single food I've tried that i dont like asian food is one of my favorites tho haha almost similar to real Mexican food.

I usually shake my tea before I put the straw in. That way you mix the cream foam in at the top.

Taiwanese here! For the creamy Oolong tea or any kind of creamy drink from Taiwan here’s some advices. If you drink it without straw, u don’t have to shake it. The good flavor will mix itself in ur mouth. BUT! If you drink it with the straw, u better shake it. ( mix it well) Normally in Taiwan we rarely drink it with straw, so we can taste the yummy mix of topping cream and tea!( yes, that sweet, salted cream😋)

there is one thing i always wanted to correct you guys. that is called a soap noodle, not a noodle soup soap noodle, is what you have for main, and noodle is the main body and it comes with meat and veg as garnish where as in a noodle soap, the soap is the man body and the noodle is the garnish

I love all those dishes, looks legit, as good as what you would find in Taiwan. You need some chili oil with the beef noodle soup and soup should have a rich beefy flavor. Nothing wrong with chain restaurants if it cooks food like that. BTW, the facial hair looks good on you, Quang.
