In your comments about maintenance you are spot on. Your menbtion of power washing periodically not having an impact upon performance, but it can when it comes to public relations. Your trucks are always kept as clean as you can keep them which has a positive impact on the public and also having clean equipment tells potential customers that your really care...if they keep their stuff that clean then that's the kind of job they will do on my property. Clean impresses!

We have 3 trailers to prep every morning and this time of year means changing blades on 3 zero turns everyday. We like a nice clean cut plus it’s easier on the blades in my option. Is that the fuel efficient way of delivering milk in Ohio? When I worked at The Home Depot we had a customer bring in a mower and was complaining that he couldn't start it. When you turned the mower over you could tell he had been cutting some really wet grass and the underside of the mower deck was completely blocked with grass.
