A US vocal coach for celebrities called Tara Simon openly declared Dimash to be the best singer/vocalist in the world ....both males and females combined. A voice trainer called Roberto delli Carri from Italy who trains vocal coaches worldwide said Dimash's singing and vocal skills has been polished to diamonds level. Another 2 vocal coaches said they have watched and listened to many great singers but NONE of them HAS EVERYTHING EXCEPT DIMASH. DIMASH HAS EVERYTHING. He is the complete package.

Bass, baritone, tenor, counter tenor, soprano, alto soprano, mezzo soprano....Dimash can do all these. Most probably there's other singers who can sing better than Dimash in one, two or even three areas but none of them can do all and be powerfully supported as Dimash can be powerful yet fully supported in all areas. As some vocal coaches said, they have watched and listened to many great singers but so far none of them has EVERYTHING except Dimash Kudaibergen. He is the COMPLETE PACKAGE. He sings with his voice, heart, soul, emotions, eyes, hands, body, fluidity......etc....

This was a chinese competition show and he came in second. His voice has improved so much (if you can believe that) since this show. There is no one like him on this earth. Hey I'm from Chicago. Learned of Dimash 2.5 months ago. When I stumbled across SOS. There is much more to see guys if you are interested. If you are serious about figuring out who Dimash is you should start from where he was discovered. You already did really. As you said, Dimash is from Kazakstan and had only been in a few music contests before a producer from China saw him. That producer asked him to be part of a show in China as an experiment. The show was called "I am a Singer" and it was contest between well known Chinese singers. Dimash wasn't well known and he wasn't Chinese. He didn't speak a word of Chinese. So his first song on that show was SOS which you just reacted to. After that show aired, Dimash became an instant sensation in China. This was 2017 and he was 22 years old. He went on to do 13 more episodes with the show. He didn't win but he came in second. After the show ended He was a superstar in China. Later he went on to sing in Russia quite a bit and Europe and he did a large concert in NY last December. So the last 3 years he's done a ton of performances and all of them are great! He's done from my count about 104 songs mostly in Englsh, Russian, Chinese, and Kazakh. 5 or 6 other languages too but mostly those first four. I haven't heard him sing in Korean but he is working with a Korean producer on something but we don't know what. Soooo My advice would be to start with the "I am a Singer episodes" and work your way up. He only gets better and better. The next song would be called Opera 2 and then the third is "Show Must Go On" by Queen. Seriously...it gets better and better and better. And he covers all genres

Dimash has been discribed by many professional Opera singers/vocal coaches etc. as the best singer in the world. Why? Well in the song "Olympico" he sings in an operatic style Baritone/Tenor/ contralto/soprano up to E6. There is no professional Opera Singer who can do that. With an incredible 6+ octive range, in the song "Unforgettable Day" hits a whistle note D8 in a "Live concert. A professional Rock singer/vocal coach said "With his voice he could easily be the best Rock singer in the world if he wants to be." He can sing in any vocal style in any register. Another professional vocal coach said, "He's the only singer I've ever heard who has Everything." Dimash has had 4 years of opera trainings. He collaborated with jazz group before. He has degrees in classical and contemporary music and majored in performing arts. Currently he is pursuing his masters in music compositions. He has composed no less than 7 songs.....Unforgettable Day being one of them....composed at the age of nineteen.

All other competitors were Chinese from China, HK, Taiwan and Malaysia....all of them already established and well known singers in China. Dimash was the only non Chinese competitor here and was unknown in China. This show is only for established professional singers with at least one professional singing award and all competitors are strictly by invitations. Dimash was from Kazakhstan and invited as a wild card experiment for this show. He rurned into this show's dark horse. No one had evee heard him sing before this and needless to say.....he stunned every single person there. The rest as they say.....is history.

This was the first time the Chinese audience and his competitors heard him sing! The next day he had millions of followers. The program is called Singers and is followed by billions in cHina. His fans, who he named Dears, are all over the globe. This was Jan 2017. He has matured and tours . I’m from the USA. Large fan club here. He has won 3 Victoria’s in Russia which is the equivalent of aa Grammy. I have followed him for 3 years and am never bored. He has the best voice out there. He’s a perfectionist and is a true performer, making the audience experience real feelings. I hope you will do more Dimash. You won’t be sorry!👏🌹👏

This competition is open only to established professional singers with at least one professional singing award. All competitors are on this show by invitations only. Dimash was the only unknown singer here. He was invited as a wildcard experiment. All those people in the backroom were fellow competitors. They are all established andcpopular in China though some of them were from Taiwan, HK, Malaysia and of course China.

Thank you for your reaction. He sings songs in 12 different languages. One of the songs he sings he sings in either Mandarin, Kazakh, or English depending on what country he is in. He speaks three languages Kazakh (his countries language), Russian, and English, and is learning Mandarin. His English is still broken at times, and it has earned the endearing term Dinglish. He had a solo concert in December in NY, and it was sold out. People came from 68 different countries (what could be counted), and 48 different states a territories of the United States. He has been approached by several "people" in the US, but does not want to be confined to a contract and what they want him to do. He wants to be free to express himself. He has song on the soundtrack from the movie Creators:The Past. The movie was to have been released in March but the shutdown postponed that.

This is a Chinese singing contest for established singers. Dimash was asked to take part. No one knew him. He was the youngest ever to sing on this. The ages went from the 30’s to 60. Dimash was 22. They really only win recognition. After this song he shot up over night. He came in second in this contest. He can sing pop opera. All over the place and sometimes all in one song. He has many “colors” to his voice. Try Ogni Pietra at the New York concert. This song was written for him to sing at the European olympics. It’s a song of encouragement, try as hard as you can. Don’t give up. He will sing in Italian.

He was 22 yrs in this video - this was a Chinese talent show where they invite talent from Asia to perform over several weeks. He is now 25 and has matured in his performances. He may be the greatest singer in the world. It would be ideal for you to take the journey the rest of us have been on over these last 4 yrs. by watching all of his performances in this contest and then moving on to his Sochi and other Russian performances (Gakku peformance where he hits a D8) singing Ogni Pietra (Ohknee Pee -atra is how it sounds - Italian) culminating with "Your Love" his latest smash. SOS was from a French rock musical 'Starmania' originally sung by Daniel Balavoine. Various singers has since covered it. Dimash's cover reignite interest toward this song. (One of the most famous French singer who covered this song was Gregory LeMarchal who died in hospital while waiting for a lung transplant. He was only 23 years old when he died).

Dimash was 22 years of age in this clip which was his first appearance on the show in China, unknown to most people in China and the rest of the world. After this appearance he had close 600 million or thereabouts views. He has a range of 6.5 octaves and sings in a range of genres. No male singer in recorded history has this range. Dimash is a vocal phenomenon.

I'm glad you liked Dimash! And how could you not, honestly? He is so amazing everytime he performs. About Dimash: he will turn 26 on may, his height is 1.91, his parents are both singers very much respected in Kazakhstan, his mom is an opera singer and his father is a producer/singer. He went to a music school since the age of five and carried on with is musical education till university, I think he has a masters degree on composition and he will study to get a PhD. Knows how to play dombra (Kazakhstan's national instrument), piano, drums, I believe he also plays guitar but I couldn't tell for sure. He loves deeply his nuclear family (parents, grand parents and two younger siblings) and is ferociously proud of his country. Speaks kazakh and russian fluently, learning English and mandarin, Dimash has performed songs in twelve different languages: his native language Kazakh, as well as Russian, Mandarin, English, French, Ukrainian, Italian, Kyrgyz, Turkish, Serbian, German, and Spanish. He is HUMBLE, so humble and shy. Soft-spoken, very wise for his young age, such a beautiful soul, really; loves children and has a great respect for the elderly. He really loves his fans, he wears the clothes his fans (named Dears) give to him, always has friendly talks with them at the airport, so nice to them, I remember a time when there was a big crowd at a chinese airport and a guard yelled at the fans and he said -with his broken English that we love so much- "shhh, that's not good, they are girls". He really is a beautiful person in every aspect. He was supposed to do an internship abroad for 6 months (one of the requirements of his Master’s program) but it had to be postponed due to the pandemic.
