I think he's a psychopath. From what I understand, people think it's something of a brain deformity that you are born with, versus a sociopath who has to learn it. Not all psychopaths are murderers and such, they just tend to lack emotional empathy and such to other people and end up seeing themselves as having the most priority. It's like narcissism, but in terms of lacking emotional connection with others rather than just pride or ego.
