we have a 5h 30min flight Montreal to Vegas with LynxAir, is it ok to flight 5 hours with this company ?

In terms of inflight comfort, your other non-stop options from YUL are not much better.

Lynx will never have f & b buy onboard Lynx.

Unfortunately Lynx will be bought out by another carrier, too small to survive, only 3 aircraft in their fleet
