This is the first time I'm seeing someone allocate some time everyday to contribute to increase global warming and burning fossil fuel at the same time and that too for no specific reason. Going on a long ride once in a while for passion is fine. Riding unnecessarily in the same city again and again is definitely not okay and it doesn't do anything to refresh your mind. Start riding bikes without motors, good for health and environment.
