Pac said "can't" and the 2 guys you heard on the song are "The Outlawz". His crew basically. 2Pac and Outlawz. Respectively, those 2 were "E.D.I Mean" and "Yaki Kadafi". Who basically nick named himself after Muammar Gaddafi. The former Lybian revolutionary politician and political theorist. He was a powerful man. Also, there are more Outlawz to hear such as, Hussein Fatal, Napoleon who is very respected to this day, Mopreme Shakur, Big Syke, Kastro and Young Noble. There are also more but they were just in the clique. These guys were the artists.🔥🔥🔥
@Amm17ar

They were all named after political enemies of the USA. There’s many reasons, but ultimately they felt that they were enemies of the country they lived in because of how they and their people were treated growing up. Genuinely some deep shit, if you’re listening to Tupac on a surface level for something that sounds good you’re missing the point.

You need to hear the original version as well. It was a Tupac mix that came out after he died. He had a song with Nate dog called me and my homies. Man I replayed that tape after after day. He had a different version of play ya cards right without keyshia coles. And that the outlaws on the track with him

9:11 The song actually came out in 1998 for his final movie Gang Related (which came out after his death); it plays during the end credits and is on the movie's soundtrack. The song was released again in 2003 for the Tupac Resurrection soundtrack.
