The 1.6 million person crowd in Russia that Metallica played at was actually an AC/DC concert. It was an arena tour with 5 or 6 bands that traveled around performing each show with AC/DC as the headline band each night.

Thunderstruck is my personal favorite AC/DC song, too. Don't get me wrong, they're absolutely iconic, as is their discography. I'm just partial to Thunderstruck. Dirty Deeds (Done Dirt Cheap) should be your next AC/DC reac.

Just found the channel, it’s good! When you pause the song, please rewind 10-15 seconds, it gets everyone back in the flow of the music, and increases the length of the video. Your next video has to be RATATATA by BABYMETAL & Electric Callboy the song is getting views, other reactions are out. The whole thing is bonkers!

One of the greatest exports from Australia….. Brian Johnson (is a Geordie), Angus Young, Malcolm Young (RIP), Phil Rudd and Cliff Williams. Great band. I had the pleasure of attending their Melbourne concert about 10 years ago - I was deaaf for a week. Grüße aus Australien. Tschüss.

Saw them 2 times. Once in the 80s and again in I believe 2012 on the black ice tour. That band is so loud I couldn't hear for 45 minutes back in the 80s. Awesome band to see live.

Bon Scott passed away in 1980. Brian Johnson yook over as the new singer a couple of months later. Thanks to my older brother, I've been lustening to AC/DC for almost 40 years (and I turn 46 this year! 🫣) More AC/DC please (Touch Too Much with Bon Scott is my favourite 😉)

I’m fully against a live version being somebody’s first listen. The studio should be the first listen. Then when you know the song you have something to compare and see how they sound live

Like the reactions you have towards music I grew up with (60s & 70s). Couple of suggestions; Black Sabbath any of their songs but, Sweetleaf, War Pigs are good. Edgar Winters, Frankenstein Lynyard Skynyrd, Live, Freebird

Only 2 singers. Bon Scott was the original and this is Brian Johnson. Bon saw Brian when he was with another band and actually came back and told the band about him. Talk about a premonition.

I can see the justification for going with the live version when the crowd is so much a part of the video like here or with Metallica in Moscow. Just a quiet comment that for the vast majority of songs, the studio version is the version I like to see reactors hearing for the first time. You just don't want to see their appreciation for the music compromised in any way and usually when it comes to live performances, in a big way.
