Alan Walker is from Norway, when he did his Homecoming concert Angelina Jordan sang two songs for him "Sing Me To Sleep" and "Faded" however in that concert he was playing the piano and the where other instruments, it was not electronic (unless it was looped in and I did not notice it). That would be a good Angelina Jordan reaction I think she was 10 years old.

was going to mention this exact performance, it is awesome. Dj concerts are really big...its just...not everyone's scene. Alan walker is different bc he doesn't mix others songs, he makes his own sound, writes lyrics and i think he even produces...his music is completely his product... i believe he has talent, and i know I'm not alone in this belief, since he has a large following. Mostly people like him, sell the beats they make for others to write lyrics and produce. He, instead, hires singers to feature in his songs. U should hear the one he made feat a duet with Farruko. It's called "on my way"

All these dj's who tour the wrld are actually EDM producers. The difference between a normal producer and an EDM producer is that Normal producers produce songs for other artists like rappers and singers. But EDM producers produce for themselves and play their own songs in EDM festivals. If you didn't know Alan Walker is the famous EDM producer who made the song Faded. Anybody who is standing on a stage in front of a crowd playing something is doing a performance whether it's through pre-recorded audio or audio that's being created it's a performance I don't know where you heard that it's not but it is.
