Yes you should play yakuza. At least yakuza 0 is definitely my number 1 game. even compared to bloodborne and witcher 3 the wild hunt, yakuza 0 still comes out on top. The gameplay, the music, the story and the humor are all top notch. The story id so good it doesn't even feel like a game but rather a movie. There is actually a video of just the cutscenes and it is pretty much a entire movie.

Baka Mitai translates roughly to "I look like a fool." The general idea of the song is the character of the song regrets how a relationship ended, but they are hung up on the love interest, like a fool in love. In game, I understand it's just a karaoke minigame.

Part of what was so great about Coco was how when she was pushing all those limits in Hololive, she was also dragging her fellow members along with her. FINALLY! PLEASE CHECK OUT OTHER SONGS OF THE SERIES TOO. The song is from the Karaoke minigame of the game, and the main character sings it too! The game is about yakuza fighting but the side quests are hillarious and the minigames are kind of relaxing. Yakuza is a melodramatic crime thriller series based around the yakuza. Generally our main man Kiryu Kazuma will get sucked into some kind of yakuza conspiracy to take over the yakuza or japan as a whole and he must fight his way through hundreds of brawls to eventually overcome the specific games issues. Along the way there is sadness, loss, betrayal and hope. That's your main plot for the yakuza games right there. What you actually do during the game is get sucked into 100s of side quests and mini games so a simple walk from one side of the map that should only take 2 minutes will now take 3 hours because along the way you stopped to help a dominatrix be better at her job, you sang at a karaoke bar and danced ar a disco, played a few rounds of poker, and played with hot wheels in a children's amusement centre. Yakuza 0 is an all time favourite game of mine and its amazing how you suffer emotional whiplash when one minute you're laughing at kiryu starring in a Michael Jackson music video and then 5 minutes later you're crying because a beloved main character has betrayed you or died.

This series is exstremely well known for both its great story and the insane amount of minigames, like Karaoke, where u do this song in rhythm game style while your character suddenly is in his own video clip. They renamed the series to Like a Dragon though the older games still have the Yakuza name. Btw, Yakuza Zero is set in the 80's and is the prequel of the other games, they really go all out with it, like there being a character based on Michael Jackson and such. U'll find that alot of streamers use soundbytes from this song, thats probably where u heard some parts from. Anyway, these games are very big, so maybe watch a playtrough from it?(i recommend Cohhcarnage's playtrough)

simply put the yakuza games is... everything... the game is simply about living in specific areas in japan, and in the game you can pretty much do anything. karaoke, fighting, disco, baseball, go-kart racing, arcade games in the game etc. there's literally a side quest/ whole story arc for every random shit that you find/do within the game

You may wonder how this is from a game and Baka Mitai sure is amazing (And memed as heck), but you should already know since you basically just discovered anime music (And you now know that anime music is not just weebs forming crews together), that games may have the best soundtracks ever as well. I'd recommend -more Undertale (You've done Megalovania which is good but really needs context imo, and it gets increasingly better if you listen to every track in order [though probably far too long to do, so a few of the popular ones would be cool]) -Nier Automata, you've done the anime opening, but Nier is a game series (One one my favorites of all time, it made me cry and I'm surely not the only one) and Nier Automata in it's Ost is... (My personal favorites osts would be Amusement Park, A Beautiful Song, Song Of The Ancients, and Weight of the World [Which has 4(?) versions, One in English, Japanese, Chaos Language (Created for the game) and 8-Bit] -And to give you a real taste at what games are in general, the third and most recent trailer of The Legend Of Zelda tears Of The Kingdom is a masterpiece and uses a lot of references from other Zelda osts.

Oh Yakuza, this is a beautiful example of Japanese entertainment. It is the most Japanese series of all time, because as the name implies it does focus on the Yakuza, the Japanese mafia, so it has action, political intrigue, loyalty, death and betrayal...but because it's a Japanese game you can also take the hardass no nonsense main character, to various mini-games like a batting center, darts, bowling, or in this case, karaoke.

Yakuza 0 is the literal definition of a "beat them up" against an unbelievable amount of people. It's a game about.....stuff... You can do pretty much anything you want and because, of course, it's japan, there's weird stuff. One of them is bowling to win a chicken to help you with your money if I remember well. Also you should react to the visuals in the game for the songs. 24 hours Cinderella is a good one to watch.

This song is from the karaoke minigame you can do in the games and I would also recommend checking out a song called 24-hour Cinderella as well. The word “Yakuza” are basically the Japanese equivalent of the Mafia. So usually related to street thugs that take control of a big area doing shady stuff. The Yakuza games are pretty much romanticized portrayals of them, but heavily exaggerated for any kind of emotion they want you to feel at any particular moment. Just a little language pronunciation correction. It's pronounced "ya ku ZA". Emphasis on the last syllable. The ZA not the ku. YakuZA were/are Japanese gamblers. This game is one of a series (7 or so games in the main line, with remakes and spin offs over that) in which you play as Kiryu Kazuma, a low-level yakuza member in his struggles because of his life and his past and how he rises to power in the organization. It’s very much like playing a Japanese soap opera, but with punching and hitting people in the face with bikes. This song is from one or two of the games, can’t recall, and you hear it at a Karaoke where you can play a ddr style mini game. The singer is actually the voice actor of the main character. Lyrics are cheesy as fuck, you should give them a read.

Yakuza is a serious game series with serious people doing serious things, just like Jojo's! Without spoilers the generic plot of the game revolves around a few of the members of the Yakuza and their stories. Most of the normal gameplay is a 3D beat-em-up vs thugs/other Yakuza you find around the city. Aside from the main story, the games have a ton of minigames that are super silly and wacky with everyone being super serious doing everything regardless of if it's serious.
