It’s always nice to see new reactors for Band-Maid as it’s a joy to see their amazement at seeing this incredible Japanese bands. I’ve followed some of the greatest rock bands in history but these wonderful ladies are right up at the top for me. There is a multitude of official videos of them, live and studio, that you can access on KZbin and you will be amazed how good they all are. I’ve never seen a better live band than these ever.

Misa, the base player's stage drink is whiskey. She reminds me of Hiori Kikuri in Bocchi hehe. There was the one scene where Kita is dressed in a maid outfit as well as the maid cafe from the school feztival. The band founder, second vocalist, main lyrisist, and rythym guitar player, Miku Kobato, red rose, used to work in a maid cafe. That us where she got the idea to form Band Maid from. The lead guitar and main composer, Kanami Tono, actually preformed in a maid costume during a school cultural festival in high school...

In 2016 I was commenting on a Black Sabbath page in FB when I saw this thumbnail of some cute maids, WTH I thought as I proceeded to check it out! I wanted to see cute girls, what I got was a band that I found amazing, the song was Thrill!!! Immediately I had fallen into a pigeon hole po! I never looked back! They’re incredible live!! If you like bass then you have found the right band to listen to. Band-Maid's latest live videos from Yokohama Arena are incredible. Don't You Tell Me and Hate are straight up bangers with guitar vs bass duels, and Endless Story is a tear jerker ballad they wrote especially for fans to have something to sing along with them. Some other song suggestions for you are Moratorium, No God, Rinne, Onset, From Now On, Without Holding Back, About Us, Play, Why Why Why, Clang, and Matchless Gum. I think that in S01E12 of Bocchi the Rock Band-Maid gets mentioned. Don’t quote me on that. I sort of stopped at ep. 8. The illustrator of Bocchi the Rock loves Asian Kung-Fu Generation. In the mv of Band-Maid’s song Unleash!!!! they are themselves animated.

They are heavier but still Japanese and all girl although unfortunately a member has just left the band meaning that they are a four piece now but check out AMA-TE-RAS or Rise or Revive and I guarantee that you won't be disappointed. 🇦🇺

i just discovered Nemophila last year and you are right! These girls really rock out and unfortunately their lead guitarist Saki has left . I would have to say I've been focusing on Bandmaid, Lovebites, Nemophila, Hanabie and Gacharic Spin. I think Flair3Z would really enjoy Hanabie and Lovebites also.

Lots of good Band-Maid songs to pick from, and I do mean lots XD. You will get the suggestions from many comments! They have awesome stage presence and have a lot of fun whilst being pretty funny as well, on top of some great musicianship. I am a bit more of a metal as opposed to hard rock guy so I listen to Band-Maid a little less than some other groups, but they are certainly in the mix with songs like this one and "HATE?" Nice list, I would personally add Nemophila to those groups. They have both very hard songs and very soft ones, just to choose. You can also choose between music movies, studio live or live performances. All are stellar. They have several originals that are very good, but they also have made tons of covers, mainly hard rock, in their rehearsal studio. So, a recommendation? OK - ama-te-ras live is quite fun and have both soft and hard.

Roy already mentioned it, but there are a LOT of parallels between Bocchi the Rock and the Ladies of Band-Maid. Bocchi/Hitori has been compared to Kanami, the lead guitarist, Ryo the bassist has been compared to MISA the bassist of Band-Maid, Ikuyo the lead singer/rhythm guitarist has been compared to both Miku the rhythm guitarist/Second Lead Vocalist and Saiki the Main Lead Vocalist, and Nijika has been compared as drummer to Akane the drummer of Band-Maid. Although Akane is actually much much better and a natural born comedian. As for which Band-Maid song you should react to next, Pick ANY song on their channel. Any of them. And it will be a good song. They have some instrumentals on their channel, Onset and From Now On, that are excellent as well and showcase their musical talent. But seriously pick ANY song. If I had a preference, I'd suggest Hate? Live, Puzzle Live, just about any of their live videos will be top of the line excellent.

These are five amazingly talented charismatic musicians. And if you do any more reactions to this group you will see what I'm about to say proved to be true. The band is incredible the fan base is difficult to stomach. A bunch of windbags self-appointed PR representative for the group circle jerkers and back slappers.
