The general public didn't realize how incredibly talented the Bee Gee's were because much of the music industry downplayed disco music for many decades. Now, what do you think about them? I grew up in 70's loving the Bee Gee's because I grew up in a family of musicians and singers knowing just how difficult it is to sing at this level. Their harmonies are incredible and I have yet to hear anyone or group with their level of ability. Sadly, Barry is the only Bee Gee to still be alive. I play their music almost daily. They are incredible.

The youngest brother, to the best of my knowledge never made a hit song under the Bee Gees name. He was successful on his own. He died before any of the other brothers as far as I know. Only the oldest. The guy who tends to sing the highest the highest notes, which is not his natural singing voice, is the oldest and the tallest of the Bee Gees. He is the one that sorta looks like a Greek God with long flowing hair like a woman and he has a beard. All the other brothers are dead. He did not expect his all his brothers to die before he did. Now he realizes what they meant to him and regrets the petty squabbles they had over music.

The Bee Gees were a match made in Heaven, their voices are angelic and they were very talented. Unfortunately there is only one surviving member, Barry. They were exceptionally talented but overly underrated. I was a teenager in the 70's and they had so many number one hits. They also wrote for other artists like Dionne Warwick and many others. Pure music and talent, before autotune. The Gibb family was so multitalented. They wrote not only their songs but wrote for other artists as well. They wrote their 1967 song To Love Somebody for Otis Redding. Sadly, he died before he could record it. So they included it on their first album.. How? Pure talent and years of practice together. They are brothers, singing since early teens. The twins on the sides, who wrote the songs, died tragically, too early. But Barry, the tall lead, has been married to the same woman for over 50 years. Class all the way.

Barry, Robin and Maurice all sung falsetto. Talent like theirs, doesn't come around very often but thank God the music they created hopefully will be around forever. The Bee Gee's very much underrated as a group, they deserved much better acknowledgement for the incredible talent they possessed.

Oh my God what you mean how can you not think Barry is not attractive OK maybe the other well not so much but Barry who and by the way if you don’t know who Barry is he’s one in the middle with the freaking fabulous hair and the fabulous voice! Btw these three are brothers! Listen to “Stayin Alive”, “More than a Woman”, “How deep is your Love” And there are so many other great song but these would be my top three that you NEED to check out!

Barry had an amazing voice and Robin's vibrato is another amazing distinct sound. As they said in the recent documentary, "when you have 3 brothers singing in harmony like this, it's not a sound you can go into a music shop and buy".
