Bonnie put the ‘adult’ in Adult-Contemporary Music. She is a terrific writer, singer, and performer. Thank you for doing this one, Sarah.

How much fun it was seeing YOUR fun at discovering the wonderful Bonnie Raitt! Many artists can be highly trained vocally for years but never reach levels of great acclaim. What makes Bonnie stand out is the ease with which she performs. She knows what her skill level is and knows exactly how to share her feeling about the lyrics with the audience. She appears to be so relaxed when she is on stage, it is as if she is sitting on her couch in her own living room. This puts her listeners at ease and gives the experience a very intimate atmosphere. Perfection. It is what Bonnie does!! 🤗❣🎸🎶

Only time a saw her live was at Snowbird Ski Resort ~3000m up near Salt Lake City, UT. Mid performance, a terrific thunderstorm knocked out power. She simply switched to her acoustic guitar, sang louder, and continued an for another hour+ to finish her performance. She didn't miss a beat.

Bonnie Raitt is a great singer, guitarist & songwriter who covers many genres such as blues, rock, folk & country. Her biggest hits are from the 70's-90's. "Love Sneakin' Up On You", "Nick Of Time", “Have A Heart”, "I'm In The Mood" (duet with John Lee Hooker ), "Papa Come Quick" etc.
