During their debut era they were definitely typical CUBE ent edgier group, they were dancing, doing tricks and had different dark concepts. Initially, they were trained to be a band, then acrobatic group, debuted as a dance group. But, as time passed they’ve found themselves as idols who make people feel good through ballads and upbeat songs. They’ve had a heck of a career.

yes two of them graduated from howon university, which only i think 7 idols managed to do(and two are here!) and the main vocalist is named the best kpop idol vocalist by idols themselves and the last one was taken into the company to be a balladeer

They can be wearing the most funny and unserious outfit, but the moment they open their mouths they get serious about singing. They are missing a main rapper who had to leave the group. The fan base is called melody, they are sing to us/them🥰 They also sing solo, and some did acting. My dream in my life is to someday meet them 🥰 In order from left- Lee MinHyuk (Huta) -lead rapper, lead dancer, vocalist, writing lyrics, composing music, very athletic , was leader while the main leader served in the military, has solo music check him out. YOOK Sung Jae vocalist, face of the group, actor, snow boarding, solo music, and I just watched some of his movies. Seo Eunkwang- Leader, main vocals, solo music, host of weekly Idol April 2023, is the Dad of the group, but the funniest! Changsub (Orange collar) & Hyunsik (Green hair) went to Howon University. Taught by Shin Yeon-Ah of Big Mama. That's what I heard at least. Shin Yeon-Ah & Park Min-Hye of Big Mama is or was their teacher.

They are really close with Mamamoo! They even did special stages swapping songs in the past. BTOB is one of my favourites boygroups out there, their discography are mostly ballads, and at the same time they are one of the craziest guys in the industry, in live stages they always show this side even when the songs are slow-paced. The guy in blue and the guy with the orange collar are the crazier ones in the group, although Eunkwang (in blue) is really an extrovert and Changsub (in orange) is extremely introvert (a few weeks ago he participed in a reality TV show with Taeyeon from SNSD and Key from SHINee and viewers really liked him because he represented all the introverts in social situations, after it he came back to the show twice, this time alone, showing his routine. They do have edgier and more upbeat songs, but to this day the most successful ones were the ballads, which is why they focused on that on killing voice. Left to right: Minhyuk: the rapper, also has a radio show. Sungjae: vocalist, he's also a really active actor (a lot of people get to know BTOB because of his TV dramas acting) Eunkwang: leader, main vocalist, a member of cube's board of directors since 2020, tv host (currently on Weekly Idol) and musical actor (last one was 2022-2023 Jesus Christ Superstar, playing Judas). Hyunsik: lead vocalist and composer/producer of many BTOB songs. Changsub: lead vocalist, musical actor (currently on his 10th one!) Thanks for reacting to BTOB's Killing Voice..it's really so good and they are an amazing group. They are the senior group in Cube now..debuted in 2012 and were trained as a band, as an acapella group and also as acrobats..they are a self composing and producing group. They have a very diverse discography as they have tried all kinds of genre, not afraid to try anything new. Their music goes from dance to pop, jazz, ballad, rock, neu funk, rnb..their music is hard to categorize so they are a genre in itself. BTOB is the genre. Though they became famous for their heartfelt ballads and healing songs that anyone can relate to..their upbeat songs are also so good. They make quality music and mvs with stories in them..they are known for putting raps and choreo in their ballad songs and still sounding superb. The one in navy blue is Eunkwang, the oldest and the kindest leader, also a Cube Exec. Director and musical actor, host/emcee of so many variety shows..is a very funny guy and loves entertaining. In fact, all of the members are clowns and dorks so don't be fooled, haha. The one with orange lining on the vest, also a musical actor and now CEO of his own artist training center, is the loudest and craziest one but really looks so serious whenever he sings. The white polo with tie, the belter is the father of BTOB music as he has composed/produced so many of their songs..together with the rapper wearing blue who's also a composer/producer. The 2nd guy who also has a great voice is a famous actor and you might have watched him in various shows and kdramas. Rapper at extreme right is a Korean American and is a host in a Dive Studio podcast. All can sing and rap well and all has their own solo albums. You're right about your observation, it was 2018 when the oldest enlisted in the mandatory military training and one by one each member followed except the American one. They had their 1st comeback as a full group in 2022 with their album, Be Together. They had a recent comeback (3 weeks ago) with their song, Wind and Wish..kindly check it out. (also the b sides of the same album..so good). Hope you could dive into more of their stuff..they are an amazing group and their music is timeless. Thank you.

I watched a lot of reaction videos to BTOB's killing voice but I'd say Chris's reaction throughout the video is the most relatable to me lol. I was also sooo mesmerized by their voice that I was quite speechless! I only became BTOB's fan after their Dingo's killing voice video, and I'm so glad I have found them even if I'm quite late to know them. Better late than never though. Hopefully they will be more known internationally with so many reaction videos like this. Thank you for this video!

I got into kpop in 2013 and I always only stanned BTS who got me into it, and casually listened to everyone else. I think BTOB debuted in 2012 and were always just an iconic stable group that felt like they were just always there. They were always known as the craziest group offstage (i stan BTS so that says something), but also as the best vocal group in kpop. Which was so crazy to be known as the craziest group with the best vocals hahaha. I remember there was a clip of them completly drunk singing in a restaurant and just crushing it. I am pretty sure everyone completed their military service and i am soooo happy they are back, because they are my go to group when i want emotional songs. Cube is known as the ent. who is of course bad at managing groups (the whole 4minute, and then Hyuna and Pentagon/Dawn thing ohhh and poor CLC that to Cube just didnt even exist as a group and they quickly replaced it with Gidle). But surprisingly BTOB management has always been okaish (same with Gidle) or at least i havent heard mayor complains from their fans except about Illhon but unfortuanly that is kpop industry thing more than Cube thing

I think the songs they sang were they think are the fan favorites... If you dive deeper into their discography, you can find a lot of diff genres that they made including the more edgier songs when they started. 2018 -2020 seems to be their resting era bcause themembers went to military. They're all done witht The enlistment. 2020-2021 was BTOB 4U time where the members who were out from the military first made a sub unit and they made unique and fun songs while waiting for the other 3 to finish their enlistment.

I knew them first from how crazy they are even before listening to them seriously. And of course I was well acquainted with Peniel (far right) as he is from Chicago and has been part of Dive studios, then Sungjae because of his acting and Minhyuk because of Men's Health (does that make me a horrible person?). I feel that the only people that are not fans of BtoB are just people that have not heard them yet. But then I am a 2nd and 3rd gen stan.

They are only serious in music, even on stage sometimes they are so unseriously playing around (while still singing 100% live may I add, their known for it, one of few groups actually asking to volym up their mics lol). BTOB is one of the most talented groups out there but they are equally crazy and goofy! 😂😂 Their earlier stuff was a bit edgy like: Thriller, but then their performances was colored with their goofiness so they dropped it probably and then went to fun dance tracks and later found fame, big fame with ballads and diverse genres in the albums, especially with their own produced songs. They're one of the biggest groups in South Korea and have been around for more than 11 years now. And yes, they had a military hiatus from 2018 (but released a special album in 2019)-2021-ish. During that time BTOB 4U (the oldest members that returned from the military enlistment and the American - Peniel) released a mini and a special album as a unit. Thanks for the reaction!
