She is incomparable. Thanks for the reaction. How honest. So Hyang is my favorite of many many. You asked what next? Well, there are so many great live performances. So Hyang has more of the greatest live performances than any singer I have ever come across. I gravitate to female voices so I do think that others would argue for Dimash, etc. Many of her greatest performances are in Korean. Usually you can find subtitles. These songs, like 'Everyone' and "Arirang Alone' are otherworldly. Another great one in English, and she has many of those, too, is "I Have Nothing' from the DMC festival. Sohyang will never disappoint you. She’s up there with some of the best singers on the planet, but it’s her soul that makes her my favorite. You can tell she really feels what she’s singing, none of it is fake. And the technical aspects of her songs are so perfect it’s insane. According to her, the hardest performance she ever did was Everyone. I highly recommend you check that one out at some point, because it will have you on the floor.

I have watched this performance at least 20 times and EVERY time it brings me to tears. The original BTW was Simon and Garfunkel in the late 60s and I agree. This song now belongs to So Hyang. 100%. I've heard many times a singer takes you to church. She really does take you to church. Absolutely in a league of her own. For reference I was an engineer on major concert tours for over two decades and I've never heard a vocalist as strong as she is. Oh...and I highly recommend you react to I Have Nothing. It will blow you away.

The fact that you rewatched the perf twice in this clip is more than enough to show how impressed you were. As for next performance to react... go for "Everyone" (please.. please get the eng sub version as well, I really implore you) to see her vocal stamina, go for "Lean on Me" and "Arirang Alone" to see her agility, go for "Amazing Grace" for her studio professionalism, go for "Oh Holy Night" (i'm singer 2012 with her in purple n dark dress) and "Fate" to see the OG Sohyang the Belter pre-2018 edition, and anything from Begin Again Korea series (my favorite picks are "Day Day" and "If I ain't got you") to see her vocal consistency despite being in poor state of health. The DMC festival 2015 perfs "Dream" and "I have nothing" will stamp the confirmation of her owning a vocal beast tier. She performed these 2 back to back, and boy you will be blown away for certain. Here are some suggestions for you. STAY(begin again Korea)-Her original song. Can listen her unique low register. More like small busking concert. Everyone(immortal songs)-Korean gospel song&Sohyang put her own English lyrics and make this her own rendition. Huge epic song.
