This is one of the rare " Queens " that is a legitimate " QUEEN ". NO ONE IS ABOVE HER IN FUNK , and if you ask my she should take the other titles to some that don't deserve . He voice is God given.

Good brother, this is the first song to borrow a passage from another artist. The most famous instance was Natalie Cole singing Unforgettable with her dad, Nat King Cole. Here, Chaka has both of the song's composers: Dizzy Gillespie live on trumpet, and the saxophone run of Charlie Parker from the original 40s recording. The ridiculous synthesizer work was courtesy of the master, Herbie Hancock.
