Before I say anything I just want to say that I would really love to see you and your channel improve/evolve, grow, and thrive. Having said that, I'm not sure if this even qualifies as fair use. I swear I'm not trying to be a dick but I don't know if you can even call it a reaction... I mean, it's seriously hard to tell if you're actually watching the video it says you're supposed to be reacting to. You could switch out the audio and PIP with basically any other video and it would hardly make a difference. Again, I'm genuinely sorry and I'm just trying to give some constructive criticism.
