Their Youthquake album had some catchy music on in. They had a song titled Lover Come Back to Me (only the extended remix version) that was recorded in the studio in such a way that in a portion of the song, you can hear it rotate through a four+ speaker system (like what you have in your car) in a circular motion. I have not heard the recoding technique duplicated since.

The lead singer is Pete Burns. He is dead now. But after this was made he became more famous for his plastic surgery, mainly his lips, which on several occasions were sooo big that they exploded. He had alot of complications and died at like 51 I think. He was gay also. But I'm sure you can tell by this clip. He changed alot since here, maybe look up some photos of him later on.
