I love love love LOVE Feuerschwanz, they're one of my absolute favorite bands and they are so much fun in concert. Great that you reacted to them! Edit: I love how much you are enjoying yourself! Feuerschwanz are a German band that mix medieval music with rock (we have quite a few bands of more or less similar style over here). The song is originally by a band called Seeed (from Berlin) who are also quite a special cookie. The have a plethora of members and are NOT metal. They mix styles like rock, hip hop, reggea and so on and aparently are an amazing live band (I have personally never seen them live yet). The song is about a married guy who goes out alone to flirt with the ladies, meets one he likes at a bar and gets drunk with her battleing himself to not cheat on his wife. In the end they just keep on drinking and he is "saved" by the fact that he get's so blasted that he throws up. "would never have thought that throwing up would save my marriage" The ladies in this video are very active in the German live action roleplay scene (I've actually met at least a few of them before) and also sometimes participate in projects like music videos for stuff that fit's their style.

Roland was Charlemagne or Karl der Große nefew, who reigned over a great part of France, Germany and more. So it's part our common historic heritage.
