Coldplay said in one of his interviews that he is protective over BTS. he gave Jin his guitar n tuned it first before giving it. He is soo elderly brother to BTS. Other band members of Coldplay also love BTS. Suggest react to My Universe collaboration between BTS n Coldplay

KEVIN MELLO, This is the first time that I've watched one of your videos. Mentioning BTS will do that. I want to compliment you in having their screen on the larger side. I like being able to see the performers and their performance details, , no matter how many times I've already done so. With BTS, you never know when you will discover some other quality ingredient or possible message. I especially want to thank you for *having the video positioned up away from the bottom* of the KZbin screen. Too many people, even so-called video professionals, don't seem to realize that with BTS, their lyrics are so intelligent, creative and meaningful, and when the video is too far down, when we PAUSE to read and consider the CC/subs, much of them are hidden by the bottom icons such as play, volume, time, the time line, CC, settings, and enlarge/default size.

They did a great cover of "I'll Be Missing You". For a non-music video, I'd recommend "Introduction to the BTS Members: The Bangtan 7" by Taylor. It provides the background of each member, their roles in the group, their solo work, and their personalities. You know, this intro video includes snippets of their solo songs, so this might be a good way for you to choose the songs for your next reaction. Take note which snippets catch your interest.

A backing track is the music not vocals friend! It’s the same backing track Coldplay used for their exact song! Which is neat they gave them permission to do so ✨

@@kevinmell0 Coldplay authorized the realization of the cover, which is not easy and more so with this song. Also on his twitter they called him beautiful. The boys have been Coldplay fans for years, so they respected the song, but it's not the same Coldplay backing track. He had already heard someone make the comment, but he himself analyzed it and realized that it is not like that, that for the boys the accompaniment is higher than in the original.

This cover of Fix You was done at the same time that BTS and Coldplay collaborated on their My Universe single. My Universe has a great music video you could react to. More recently, the oldest member, Jin, released a collaboration song with Coldplay called The Astronaut which is Jin's goodbye to the fans since he's starting Korean mandatory military service any day now. Jin flew all the way to Argentina to perform The Astronaut live with Coldplay at their concert. A clip of the live performance was released on KZbin, so you can react to that too. It was such a heartwarming, wonderful performance.

I always enjoy reactions from those who love the original. I suppose it’s like a benchmark. So glad BTS succeeded in your eyes. I don’t know if anyone has already mentioned it, but since you like Coldplay there was a BTS collaboration with them called “My Universe” also some behind the scenes of their recording as well. Also Jungkook (Jeongguk) does a lot of covers. My favourite is his cover of Harry Styles’ “Falling”.

Just to identify them in the video, from left to right first their Stage name, then their real name (last name then first name, it's usual to say it in that order in Korea): Jimin (Park Jimin), JK/Jeongguk (Jeon Jeongguk), Suga (aka Agust D, Min Yoongi), V (Kim Taehyung), J-Hope (Jung Hoseok), Jin (Kim Seokjin), RM (Kim Namjoon) - when you asked for the harmony I didn't hear any tbh...sometimes people say that Jeongguk has the ability, to sound like he's singing with autotune when he's not, so maybe you heard that? - the backing track is in fact the same one, they wanted to keep it as near to the original as possible while giving it their own touch - "I think I didn't pay attention to his voice" believe me it's like that for every army in the beginning, at first you notice only your favorite just to be blown away by all of them one after another...I always say my bias is who's currently singing and if they don't sing who's on the screen bc they are all just so damn talented thanks for the reaction, I enjoyed it a lot ;) feel free to ask questions if you have any!

yes, they use the original cold play arrangement. in a rare instance that Coldplay allowed somebody to cover their song. Next, we know there is MY UNIVERSE collaboration and they made a song for JIN as a farewell to everyone.
