I'm in the UK. They killed this performance. In the introduction when Adele Roberts asked why they chose the song RM said it was a tribute to the rapper Biggie but then said "we wanted to say we miss Armys ..... it’s a message to all the Armys all over the world". As a life long Biggie fan, I was hesitant to listen to this cover. That song has so much meaning to NY and Hip Hop culture. However, I was glad I did. It brought back emotions. I reacted to this version the exact same way I did then, just a little older and a lot less teary eyed. So for that, I am pleased. Many people that speak multiple languages have expressed the mental process of translating in their head before speaking English, and the challenge. English isn't a simple or easy language, and while I don't know Korean, I did learn some Japanese in college, and I recall realize just how odd our grammar is compared to many other languages.
