This is from old English folk song. Simon & Garfunkel version is the most famous as far I know. There are some stories about this song Scarborough Fair..what I've read was this is a song from a ghost (soul) of a dead soldier. He asked the herbs growing on his dead body to deliver his message to his beloved girl in Scarborough Fair where was a big herb market. He asked the herbs to tell her impossible task "Tell her to make me a cambric shirt without no seams nor needle work" to make her give up waiting for his coming back as he's already unable as he's dead. Forestella sang like as messengers of this sad and beautiful story. Also there are symbols those herbs significated: parsley for comfort or to remove bitterness, sage for strength, thyme for courage, and rosemary for love. There's some speculation that these four herbs were used in a tonic of some sort to remove curses. What I first heard was to remove memories..so I thought he (the dead soldier) wanted to remove the memory about him from his girl to make her not mourning for him anymore. BTW I found those herbs cannot be grown in the same areas in fact while on my researching English references.. so it could be just for remembering the recipe for turkey seasoning ingredients, too.

Look up Forestella and choose any of the videos. MV, professional show videos, or videos fans filmed on their cell phones of their concerts. I have never been disappointed. Utopia. Reminds me of their cover of Bohemian Rhapsody, but it is oh so very different. Angel. A song to lift your soul Kool. An original, reminiscent of old fashion R&R. Hijo de la Luna - my all time favorite Amazing covers include: Despacito, Sweet Dreams, Time in a Bottle, Bad Romance, Smooth Criminal, and of course, Bohemian Rhapsody (Freddie would be so proud). They debuted in 2018 so there is lots to choose from.
