Gregory Porter is a beast. Sting realized it’s not longer his song after that performance. Now it’s Gregory Porter’s.

It was his take on Stings original song, "It's Probably Me". Sting & his wife were the two people the camera kept focusing on out in the audience while Gregory was singing.

Great reaction! Fun fact for you two..he was on his way to a professional football career before getting injured in college. He was an offensive lineman and blocked for Marshall Faulk (NFL hall of famer) while at San Diego State

Thank you for introducing me to Gregory Porter! I love old soul music (Al Green, Barry White, Peabo Bryson, etc…) and really loved this song but it sounded more jazz than soul to me.

I think the audience was expecting Sting's version of this song...as you can tell, it grew on them. Took a lot of courage for Gregory Porter to sing this piece the way he felt...love that raw blues

These two young men were the first to rate music from different eras now everyone does it. President obama, good morning america and others honored these young men. I love there opinion of differed songs and artists. They are so young but like same people I like frank Sinatra, marvin Gaye, boys to men, Phil Collins and new edition and other's.

Also here is a new video by Sting singing Russians which made I believe back in the late 80s before the Berlin Wall came down…I was very young when I went to Berlin when the Wall was still up…Check online for a place in Berlin that brought you from West to East Berlin which is called Checkpoint Charlie…Being a child from the Military (A Military Brat) and being part Ukrainian was not safe to go to the East…I went with my class from school and thought this has to stop all the hate…West Berlin was booming but as soon as you go to the East side you saw buildings at that time that had not been fixed since WW2…It was not until The Wall came down that Berlin was reborn and finally the USSR was becoming no more…Unfortunately the man hurting all my family in the Ukraine and all Ukrainians he wants to rid of us and bring back USSR…We cannot let this happen #slavaukraini Proud of you both for posting this post but in your continued success…My sons love watching your videos as well 🤗🤗🇺🇦

Check out Gregory Porter‘s album Liquid Spirit, especially the song “No Love Dying” - that song will move you to tears. And if you ever have a chance to see him in concert, Go! I had the opportunity to see him live and he gave a spectacular performance - one of my favorites.
