Silly question, of course there isn't. Soul doesn't necessarily come down to race, it's a feeling/vibe that's inside of you, and that can be anyone. Teena Marie was as White as you are, but yet, she had just as much soul inside of her, than anyone else I've ever seen, and likely will ever see...
