IMO, nothing will ever replace the original magic from hearing Boyz 11 Men sing this masterpiece, & I am so happy that Home Free, was able to keep the original integrity of the song, yet still inject their own magic, allowing us, to fall in love with it, all over again 💕 *I don't believe any other group, other than Home Free, could have pulled this off, & the fact that they are an a Capella group, puts them on a completely different level of skill & talent* 💕

We told ya, Home Free is the REAL DEAL, with a bit of a country flair. They can sing any genre of music, and do it well. I have heard that several of the members of Boyz2Men have had private conversations with members of Home Free...nothing else was said, but I imagine it was positive :) If you wish to hear an original, I'll suggest *DIVE BAR SAINTS* a cool chill song that is a few minutes of just great Home Free harmonies.

I get such a kick out out HOMEFREE reactions. They are truly amazingly talented! I’m in my 60’s and I can’t get enough of them. I’m waiting for them to come back to Canada for their rescheduled concert, I’ve had tickets from before COVID .Their coming in April. They’re live performances are so entertaining. Tim Foust on the immediate left has a near sub bass to soprano -1 Range. Behind him is Adam Rupp, possibly the best beat boxer in the world. Rob Lundquist is doing the lead vocals, Chance (behind Rob) is a compliment to Tim with basically the exact same range, just 1 octave higher. The singer on the far right is named Austin. He obviously has an extreme high range voice that can do run ons with authority with a soprano +2 voice. Rob's voice is the filler between Austin and Chance, and sometimes Tim. They all compliment each other perfectly.

The guy that normally does the bass (Tim w/ a 5+ octave range) only did it for his line. Tim was harmonizing with either, the tenor with the glasses and beard (Rob) or the high tenor that looks like Jesus (Austin). The guy in the back beside the beatboxer (Chance) was doing the bass.

Thank you for a really great reaction to this song. When you said that Home Free had some big shoes to fill, I laughed out loud. Yes I talked to the screen and said "just wait a tiny bit" Really enjoyed it. Oh and if you want to hear the guys do...Ring Of Fire...go to...sing off season 4 song 3 with judges comments...It shows Tim's range really well. They also have another...Home Free Ring of Fire ft Avi Kaplan...Avi was with Pentatonix at the time. Both are good but I like hearing what the judges have to say. It is fun.

Don't know for sure if any of Boyz2Men have heard this . However on the Sing Off NBC talent competition Shaun Stockman was one of the judges, Home Free were contestants and won! He definitely knows Home Free and loves them! First singer is high tenor Austin Brown from Tifton Georgia, Bass is Tim Foust from Southeast Texas, rear right is Adam Chance (called Chance to differentiate between the other Adam from Mobile Alabama baritone and sometimes bass when Tim is singing lead, middle front is 2nd tenor Rob Lundquist beard and glasses from Minneapolis Minnesota and rear left is Adam Rupp beatboxer/vocal percussionist and sometimes tenor from Mankato Minnesota.

The main singer, Rob, is from Minnesota, as is the beatboxer, Adam. The other three members are all Southern -- the bass, Tim, is from Nederland, Texas; the high tenor, Austin, is from Tifton, Georgia; and the baritone, Chance, is from way out in the sticks of southern Alabama. Austin is a classically trained singer with a degree in musical theater, so he can change how country he sounds from song to song. Tim sort of trained himself out of a lot of his accent when he was working cruise ships, but he's since let his Texan flag fly. Chance has certain syllables that always sound southern. Oddly enough, Rob has picked up a bit of an accent from his bandmates, so he'll sound Midwestern and then a little twang will suddenly sneak in.

Sean Stockton was a judge in the Sing Off when they won on season 4. Watch them as with PTX in Season 3 and Vocal Play in Season 2. So many good groups on that show it was amazing and sad it no longer is on. Just ahead of its time for sure. you wont be sorry to watch.
