These guy's should get an award for this... Gee's.. Spilled my coffee when Austin started singing.. lol You're right, this wouldnt be so great without ALL of these guy's.. Austin has his own u tube channel. He stated it during quarantine, He does covers and originals... Well worth checking out..
@kristindunstan1722 жыл бұрын
If you want a place to start on Austin's channel, I would recommend Bring Him Home, Danny Boy, Unchained Melody, and At Last. Tim Foust also has a solo channel that includes video versions of three songs from his solo Doo Wop project where he lays down every track himself - bass, tenor, backgrounds - everything! The three that have video versions are Come Go With Me, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow/Stay, and In My Room.

Austin's lady, Miss Amberly was just off stage and all those sexy looks he was giving were directed at her...she helped inspire him on this song. This was filmed back Feb when they were all still in quarantine.
@rayraudebaugh53953 жыл бұрын
I have read, and have no reason to doubt it, that Austin's special gal was in the studio off camera to lend him a little inspiration. Seems to me it worked. And Adam's beat boxing was great and he gets so little credit. Not many can do what he does. I have tickets for a show this fall (already postponed 3 times) and I am really looking forward to seeing them live for a second time. They do such a great show.

Great reaction! Austin was perfection! Those backing vocals and Adam Rupp's vocal percussion, this was a beautiful cover. Now a song that showcases Tim Foust the bass and Adam Chance the baritone that you haven't heard in the lead yet check out their cover of " In the Blood". It also has your boy Rob singing. It's a phenomenal song. Thank you for your reaction!

Thank you for a nice reaction, yes Home free is just loaded with talent. If you want to see Austin's cocky attitude shine, please check out Austin's cover of At Last (Eta James) when he finishes singing, he leans back in the chair and looks right into the camera with that 'I nailed that' grin.
@patriciamcl542 жыл бұрын
Amberly shot (brilliantly) all of Austin's "Quarantine" songs and beyond, so that look at the camera in At Last was directed to her. If you check out his version of You Send Me, it's very clear that he's singing for and about her. Actually, though, he's always had the gift of being able to make love to the camera!

This is the only version of this song that I love (sorry Percy, sorry Michael) Love your passionate reaction to HF. HF started for me when Austin joined the group. I truly believe they have the best sound now that Chance is also part of the group. I think of them as a dish. Here in South Africa we usually serve our stew on rice (can't have one without the other). ALL THEIR SONGS ARE LIKE THAT. Here the rice (harmonies and beatboxing/percussion) was mighty tasty and really complemented the amazing stew (lead). I know reactors don't always mention the contributions of all the members to a song, but I know they hear it and love it. Next you need 'In The Blood', but maybe do 'Helplessly Hoping' first. All their songs, both covers and originals, are my favorites so it is difficult to recommend one to listen to before the other. Helplessly Hoping will give you a stylish video and and brilliant stripped down true a capella. After that 'In the blood'... Well you tell us when you hear it. Beautiful.

With Adam's beatboxing & Tim's bass line, you don't need instruments. Re the "UFO sound", I think you'll understand why Adam Rupp (the beatboxer) is sometimes referred to as "a freak of nature". If you want to hear everyone take a lead, check out their cover of the classic "American Pie", featuring the original singer & composer, Don McLean. It was released this past February. Another one that gives everyone a chance to shine is the "Sea Shanty Medley". released not too long ago.

@lrfcowper3 жыл бұрын
If you go search for Adam Rupp drum solo the first one that comes up is from 2015. It's got a lot of views because it's old. But it isn't really representative of his current level of skill. He's added a lot to his repertoire since then, including doing Billie Jean with choreo. So skip the 2015 video and find a recent one.

ITS TIME FOR MAYDAY
@sandym67603 жыл бұрын
Not yet!!!! Ring of Fire, Misty Mountains with Peter Hollens, and so many more need to come first. Austin is AMAZING in Mayday -- I agree -- but there's just so much MORE to be discovered, that's list when Reactors pick Mayday too soon. Mayday is one of my all-time favorite songs of theirs -- which is saying a LOT because I absolutely love ALL their songs that I've heard so far -- but it's a jaw-dropper ONLY when the Reactor is familiar with our guys, and THAT'S the reaction we're waiting for with Mayday. Without it, you almost feel 'cheated' in the Reaction. Patience, my fellow Home Fry, patience ... when he really IS at the point where it's time for Mayday, we'll ALL enjoy seeing his utter amazement and almost disbelief -- and remember when WE had that reaction the first time WE heard it!!
