Howard is what the Brits call a "true gent". I was lucky to spend 3 months on the road with him as part of the opening act on his "One to One" tour in 1987. The generousity of spirit from all of his band a crew was truly inspiring. He would cut his sound check short if it looked like we might not have enough time to do a sound check. I cannot tell you how incredibly rare that mindset was - - especially in the early 80s

I was a member of his fan club back in the 80s which was run by his mom Thelma and I wrote letters back and forth with her for quite a while. She played a part in my quitting drugs and drinking way back then and I remain sober to this day. Howard’s music is phenomenal of course, but the positivity and pure goodness he brings into the world is without measure. So happy to see him here intermingling with the light y’all radiare too! ❤

What an absolute treat to see Howard looking so good and sounding so fantastic! I'm 55 and grew up with his music, along with other favorites like Nik Kershaw, Thomas Dolby, Duran Duran and others. "What is Love" was from '83, so I was 14 years old, which is right at the age that music most imprints on us. So needless to say, his music along with others' from that time is deeply ingrained in my soul. And frankly, it's gotten me through tough times over the years. Soooo, Howard, if you're reading the comments, THANK YOU!!!🙏🎹🎵

I was able to see Howard Jones in concert literally days before the COVID shutdown in 2020. Unfortunately due to that, he didn't stick around after the show to sign stuff for fans, which I wish he did. A great show! It was at a small venue where I was in the 5th row from the stage and I didn't pay an arm and a leg for that seat. It was his trio accustic tour. One of the best concerts I went to, in Grand Rapids, Michigan and I hope he comes back through soon and I can get him to sign some of his stuff after the show in the near future.
