Michael Hutchence had such a swag about him. He was so smooth, charming, sexy. It makes me sad knowing that he was in such pain, emotionally. He will never be forgotten. RIP Michael.

It's hard to explain how big INXS was. They were literally one of a handful of bands at the time in the whole world. Hit after hit after hit & all their videos played 24/7 as they came out. Thanks for continuing with INXS! They're still one of my all time favorite bands.

Its my second favorite INXS after Never Tear Us Apart. Suicide Blonde is great because it also has a bit of a different sound from some of their other songs. More innovation and growth from their lead music writer Andrew Farriss. Its a great song.

wish you would have caught the version of this that mixes directly into another song called "mediate" just so you really can see how versatile they were. it's like that on the album and I think they made the videos the same way. either way, nice reaction! I know you gotta mix it up but don't forget INXS like most reaction channels do only listening to the chosen 2 or 3 songs I see most doing. I promise you that few bands come close to as many bangers as this group.

I agree that Never Tare Us Apart is an immaculate song.... definitely a song for a first dance at a wedding . That's the vibe I get from that song about a couple ready to take on the world together . I enjoy your reacts and comments about Need You Tonight.... this has Spice to it . Even though Michael Hutchens ( lead singer ) has passed away years ago which is horrible but the fact that his voice and the band are still enjoyed by millions to this day does put a smile on my face . I appreciate your channel and look forward to more .

Shon, that’s so insightful 5:38 , we normally wouldn’t say “I’m lonely” out loud, much less yell it when the music stops. 😊 It was tough seeing this video as a teen when it released. It gave us girls unrealistic expectations as to what the dating world would be like. 😅😂

Say, if you really want to hear an unusual song from 1975, consider "Never Been Any Reason," by Head East. It's one of those One Hit Wonders, and there are two male vocalists sharing the lead, and it's just a great, high-energy song. If you've ever heard the lyrics, "save my life, I'm going down for the last time" ... that's this song.

Honestly the whole album "Kick" that this track is on is packed with twists and turns. Such a standout album. But again, you nailed the vibe and approach - it is about desires but the inner desires. Intimacy. Emotion. Rather than being romantic or flowery - for that we had their other song "Never Tear Us Apart". Great reaction dude.

From the same album, Kick, try Mystify and Kick. From Listen Like Thieves, almost any song will do, but What You Need, Kiss the Dirt, Good & Bad Times, and Same Direction are very good. Their earlier albums The Swing and Shabooh Shoobah have a lot of good stuff, too. Definitely a deep well, and lots of different sounds, but all done really well by talented musicians. With Michael up front, it's tough to find a stinker.

I bet if you check the population densities in countries pre "I Need You Tonight" and post release you'll notice that 9 months later it spiked. Dudes didn't even need a leather jacket or mop hair. Women just began instantly ovulating on Fridays when clubbing and this song was played. As for the title, there is another "I Need You Tonight" by ZZ Top. Much slower and has 2 of the top 4 guitar solos of all time next to Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb" solos by David Gilmour.
