I am way late to this, but while Corpse is more well known currently cause of his blow up, people like Witchouse40K, Oni Inc, Kamaara, Coaastgxd, Grim Salvo, etc. have been doing this type of music for a good long while before Corpse.

I think Corpse and Kamaara started both making music around the same time. Corpse released his stuff later though. So, the title for this type is technically Kamaara out of the 2. Corpse is how I, personally, found Kamaara. So happy I did. This is the type of music I searched for my whole life but nothing was quite it until these 2, Witchhouse40k, Savage Ga$p and the others like this.

It’s scream rap/ metal trap, just like what corpse husband produces, it derives from the mixture of alt metal and hip hop. (You could say slip knot and Korn are the very first scream rap (more like scream beat box 😂) and trap metal, especially when slip knot joined with skillex. Also when Slip knot guitarists joined up with vanilla ice.
