One of the greatest Funk bands ever! One of the "IT" groups back in the 80s! Y'all really need to check out many of Kool & the Gangs hit songs: Ladies Night, Mislead, Joanna, You can have it (If you want it), Get down on it, celebration, cherish (The Love), Fresh, and Ooh la la la among others I'm so thankful I grew up to the music in the late 70s through the 80s! Ain't no better era of music! And yeah: My bias opinion!

To anyone who was at the Moseley Jazz festival last Sunday and saw them performing this.....the England V Spain Euro final was on the big screen across the park. I left the big screen at half time to go to the main stage to watch Kool and the Gang and not watch the second half and I made the right choice- England could have been in the World Cup Final and as a football fanatic I would have made the same choice.
