@@olaff4223 I don't know who drax is. Are you referring to mrlboyd? He's legit my 2nd favorite reactor, after an opera singer that gives such good insight into vocal performances. Mrlboyd misses some things but he gets so much that most reactors miss. I'll search for drax and if that's a reactor, check him out but I think your analysis of mrlboyd is unfair.

They didn't "pay for a Rhianna feature" the main singer is Andy Samberg from SNL and the other 2 singers are writers for he show. Rhianna was the musical guest the of the week on SNL and they made these. These were SNL digital shorts.

You don't have to worry about paying for the feature when they are on your variety show. Digital Shorts on SNL was a real thing for a while. Lazy Sunday took off in a viral way and it's success convinced Lorne Michaels to keep doing them. They eventually evolved into this.

Funny thing about Lazy Sunday, NBC didn't understand that they had created the Viral Video. Not the America's Home Video thing, but a serious piece of work meant for You Tube. Right away "Lazy Sunday" blew up online and NBC scrambled to get it taken down. Apparently, someone at 30 Rock figured out what they had stumbled on and created the SNL shorts You Tube account where "Lazy Sunday" could live. Today, every SNL SEGMENT is tweeted out as soon as it airs. But it was "Lazy Sunday" that started it all.

Lonely Island did a lot of music videos when they were part of SNL. And the musical guest did a lot of cameos, some was even their idea (Natalie Portman). So Rihanna didn't cost them any extra. Also they are singing in front of kids because shy ronnie's character is a child himself and it's supposed to be like a talent show. He's shy around an attractive girl.
