Nikki Sixx said in his book that when the band was first starting out playing clubs in LA, they were always broke and it was the strippers who kinda took care of them in a way, letting them crash at their apartments and feeding them and stuff. This song is their shout out to the women who helped them out before they got big.

All of their songs were on heavy MTV rotation in the 80's. Vince Neil (lead), Tommy Lee (drums), Nicki Sixx (bass) & Mick Mars (guitar) 🎶- the bad boys of hard 80's glam rock. They always came with that edge! "Home Sweet Home" is a great power ballad & "Dr. Feelgood" is a wild ride. Enjoy the Crue! ❤🎵✌️

I was 13 years old when Girls Girls Girls came out and the tour. This is a song that was meant for men to enjoy but the most incredible thing happened. Girls went crazy when they heard this song. Not sure why, did it bring a wild dream out of them, was it how much girls loved Tommy, Nick and Vince and it felt as if they were singing to them. Not sure but I know this and picture this. 13 year old boy at a Crue concert with friends we were all 13. Beside older kids maybe 16-20 not sure. Beside me was a girl probably 17 or so. During girls girls girls she flashes me and it was more than a flash. As she put her her shirt back down she says to me. Hey kid go home and tell your mommy What you saw tonight All I could say was thank you Nikki, Tommy, Vince and Mick. What a show that night.

Stripperz anthem... still relevant today. Vocalist Vince Neil's 1st wife Sharise was a dancer in the music video... Bassist Nikki Sixx paid tribute to all the strip clubs he had visited. It was also on that tour (w/ Guns N' Roses) that Sixx nearly lost his life to heroin abuse. He OD'd and was gone... but paramedics were able to resuscitate him w/ an adrenalin shot to his heart and inspired the Crue song "Kickstart my heart"... More Motley Crue - 'Wild side' ... 'Too young to fall in love' ... 'Primal scream' ... "Don't go away mad (Just go away)" ... "Smokin' in the boys room" ... "Shout at the devil" 🤘🤘🔥🔥

1988 high school English class. Our assignment was to pick out 1 song to play and explain to the class what it was about. My good friend and I made history. He played and explained "Girls, Girls, Girls," (by Motley Crue) and I played and explained "Comfortably Numb" by Pink Floyd. He said his song was about Gentlemen's Clubs. Mine was about a drugged-out rockstar. The class loved it!

There is an uncensored version of this video that show the girls topless. You just got to Google it and you will find it. The reason they made the uncensored version was they knew MTV would never let them air the edited one so what they did was make a topless one and gave that to MTV to which MTV said "Nooooo way are we showing that you guy's got to edit it". The Crue gave MTV the edited one (the one they wanted to give them in the 1st place) and MTV said " Ok, this is better. We will air this version." The Crue were alllll smiles. 😆😅🤣😂😉

I can remember when the crue was on tour for the album. They played in Dallas and white snake opened up for them. A buddy of mine at the time tried to go but it was sold out. Mick Mars is one of the best guitarists in rock history. He is so unappreciated, but never really wanted the limelight. No one knew this at the time but Mick was considerably older than Nikki, Vince and Tommy. While the younger guys were out partying and chasing girls up and down the Sunset Strip, Mick was home with the wife and kids. Which is where he wanted to be. There is a very cool video called The Rise And Rise Of Motley Crue. Check it out. You'll see where they came from and how they got together. The video interviews parents, siblings and high school friends. Very Very fun video.
