Glad you've started digging in to Mark's solo songs. IMHO, Mark is the most underrated artist among Take That members. He's not only an artist but a poet himself. His gem of songs (which he wrote himself) with underlying emotions and messages, were often downgraded by people who dislikes his style as an alternative pop rock artist. Because it's not the typical pop ballad and pop rock which most people prefer. Even as a solo artist,tbh his songs were genuinely written and sung from his heart. Especially when he performs live, l love the way how he conveys his emotions and the message of his songs to his audiences. Please do listen and watch his "I Am What I Am", "Baby I'm No Good", "My Love"," Gravity", "My Life", "Stars", "Child", and songs from his latest album Land Of Dreams : "Magic", "Boy". Honestly the whole Land of Dreams album has an amazing tracks. Lotsa thanks for doing this reaction of Mark's song, been waiting for this for quite a while. Carnival is my fave...I call it my Asper song because it's lyrics are pretty much how my Autistic brain works half the time. Mark's lyrics are very poetic and deep. But Raven, Alone Without You, The One, and I think there are some live versions of Close To The Edge, Gravity, and Head In the Clouds out there that are fantastic. I could list all of them frankly. So glad you're finally at Mark! Between your Duran and Darren Hayes and Take That, I'm so happy, so I figured I'd better finally comment!

My favorite video is "Child" but I'd also highly recommend "Believe In the Boogie" and "How Do you Love." Mark is a really good songwriter. I'm so glad you are starting to delve into his catalogue!
