Hi bro, hope you’re doing well. This song is number one in Argentina, but Manuel Turizo is from Colombia. The reason why the song is called “La Bachata” is because the genre he’s singing in is called Bachata. This genre comes from the Dominican Republic, and it’s mostly used to talk about feelings, love, sadness, etc., you know, all those things… In the song, he’s singing about someone he was in a relationship with and they are not together anymore, but he still remembers that person and secretly wants to be with them again (something like that).

If you want to listen to more hispanic music, I recommend you Bizarrap music session ft Quevedo (bizarrap is an argentinian producer and Quevedo is a spanish singer) Sebastián Yatra - "Tacones Rojos" or "Cristina" (Sebastián Yatra is colombian. Tacones Rojos is one of his latest hits, but Cristina is a pretty romantinc song I really like) And if you want to listen to another Manuel Turizo song, you could listen to "Una lady como tú". La Bachata is not from Argentina, it's from Colombia, I know, I Know, spanish is spanish no matter where country.
