Yeah I always heard of the name NF but never actually checked it out until just now. I have always been into music and I have, naively, pre categorised most new rappers into a metaphorical box of “I’m just here to play the game and make money” I am so happy I have been able to change my thought process and really get into this. The smile that he talks about at the end of the song is a fake smile that he puts on because everyone expects him to be happy because he’s successful. There’s a whole NF journey that someone else will send you. He talks about this in his second and third albums. This song is from the fourth album. Black balloons are his burdens. He says that earlier in the song and points to them.

You can’t go wrong with NF period! I recommend Leave Me Alone, Remember This, Time, Returns, I could go on and Mansion and How Could You Leave Us are a must to take the NF journey! Balloons are his burdens, he paints on a happy face to the world even when your not happy! NF has childhood trauma which caused him to have OCD, depression and anxiety and he talks about his personal struggles but have gave fan’s a place to go because millions of fan’s relate but Nate(NF)is more then just that! He’s from Michigan been around along time, he’s married and he and his wife recently had a son! He’s got new music 🎶 coming soon but taking the NF journey from where is started to where he is it’s worth your time, most people go who’s NF? Taking the journey makes people fan’s!🙌

It's in a journey that way because you see his growth and all the extra little pieces to the main journey he puts together. @@ZerooReacts The very best way is to do the NF Journey in order. Start with Intro, Mansion, All I Have and stick to the list in order. The only exception, is to do Leave Me Alone next just because you saw The Search and then go back to the beginning, but you can also sprinkle in the Clouds Mixtape which is not part of the journey except for 2 songs(Paid My Dues and Lost you need to save the the journey). My suggestion is to do Leave Me Alone, then one song off of the Mixtape, probably Clouds or Story and then start at the beginning with Intro etc. And add 1 song from the Mixtape every 5 NF Journey songs works pretty well. But you better hurry, NF is dropping new music in a month.
