NSP, or Ninja Sex Party, is Danny Sexbang (Dan Avidan) and Ninja Brian (Brian Wecht). The story is that they were both Ninjas and Danny decided he didn't want to be a ninja anymore and just wanted to sing and dance, to Ninja Brian's disbelief. Their first song is "I Just Want To (Dance)". The joke is Brian hates everyone and everything but is made to participate in Dannys light-hearted shenanigans. Brian is always killing Danny and other characters whenever he gets a chance and Danny is always poking fun at Brian for no reason, like saying he has erectile disfunction or an STD (referenced in the songs "The Decision" and "The Decision Part 2: Ten Years Later", the latter of which references a TON of their songs they've performed in the last 10 years). I could write a novel about these guys.

You were very close about the animation being close to beauty and the beast.
