Adam Sztaba - composer, arranger, conductor, pianist, music producer from Poland, created the "lockdown anthem" in April 2020 in collaboration with artists. It was a time when performances, concerts and meetings were banned in Poland because of COVID. The artists recorded at home with what they had and then everything was edited into a joint performance. I don't know if you've heard it and if you'll like it, but I still get goosebumps listening to this song. The lyrics of the song in English: "Lord, what are you going to give me?"

To clarify: this song has not been composed by Adam Sztaba, but is a cover of a classic from 1982 by 'Bajm', with original vocals and lyrics by Beata Kozidrak. You may find the official video and the legacy, synthpop version of it on YT. Thus, the song was originally an powerful rock music commentary on the social marasmus, almost mechanical repetitiveness and hopelessness of life in the 80s Poland, the period between lifting the Martial Law of 1981 and the First Free Parliamentary Elections of 1989. Every Pole born before 1980 knows this song by heart, and I mean it, same as a few other Polish rock anthems of that era. This attempt to make it a COVID-19 anthem came much much later. What do you have for me, Lord? To get through this time of uncertainty Which words will console My soul, my future For the rest of my years? The song "Co mi Panie dasz" was written in 1982 by Beata Kozidrak, the vocalist of the Bajm band. During the COVID-19 epidemic, composer Adam Sztaba prepared a new arrangement of the song. 732 musicians participated in the online recording. The youngest was 8 years old, the oldest was 75. Private individuals recorded videos playing various instruments, and then they sent them to Adam, and his team edited the video clip. Professional vocalists who took part in the recording: Cleo, Dorota Miśkiewicz, Piotr Cugowski, Kasia Moś, Igor Herbut, Andrzej Piaseczny, Olga Szomańska, Natalia Kukulska, Ewa Farna, Kuba Badach, Kasia Wilk, Natalia Nykiel, Ania Karwan, Sebastian Karpiel, Patrycja Markowska, Damian Ukeje. It was the time of Covid, everyone was sitting at home and looking for some contact with other people and came up with various ideas via the Internet. The text is about the uncertainty of existence - "What will you give us, Lord, for this uncertain time..." 732 musicians and 16 singers took part in this project. They did it for 6 days. Everyone recorded their fragment in their own home . And Adam Sztaba he folded it
