You make a great point about the confidence. I think its still hip hop. He just sings his hooks himself as opposed to a ft or a sample or rapping the hook itself. I believe he also produces but I may be wrong about that. Just for the video alone check out Bar Breaker. It a one shot that starts with him married under ground. I kid you not. It s vibe.
