This was a gift. ❤❤ I was first introduced to them around the time of his death when "Wayne's World" brought the song to a whole new generation back in '92. I was 11 years old. Bohemian Rhapsody is exactly that. Written like a classical rhapsody having various parts. I was 12 years old when this song came out in 1975. I remember watching the first ever studio video premiere of it on a show called, The Midnight Special, hosted by Wolfman Jack. It came on at midnight but my parents let me and my siblings stay up on Friday night to watch it each week. I was laying on my couch listening to this song, and tears started to flow from my young eyes just like they flowed from yours. This song touches the human soul and spirit. That late night, I instantly fell in love with Queen, especially, Freddie Mercury. Growing up, I always felt that Queen was UNSUNG. There were so many rock bands in the 70's and 80's. No band ever sounded like them. They were and still are one-of-a-kind. Now I'm 60 years old and so thrilled that over recent years, Queen is FINALLY getting the international respect and honor they've always deserved as one of the GREATEST and most TALENTED rock bands EVER!
