He is on a histamine paleo diet. He is allergic to all food but for about 2 types of beef and a hand full of veggies. He can eat only so much of that before he gets sick. This is the autoimmunity issues. This is one of many reasons he is in Canada getting stem cell and other treatments to gain weight and bulk up. But he tries to stay in shape just to feel better.

He is not getting stem cells but intravenous treatments and others for the brain damage and autoimmunity and Mast Cell Activation Disorder which makes him allergic and reactive to everything. He has always been into body building if he was well enough. Man's a god!

Ren's diet is basically paleo, he can eat meat and about 5 different vegetables. Everything else still makes him sick. He looks great but no thanks... I couldn't do it. He definitely looks like he's been lifting though. Silver linings I guess.

Somewhere on Joe E Sparks (kzbin.info/www/bejne/qIvUf3WXfriUjrM) comments, Luke Flagg said this: so we actually had to hide a cut going in and out of the car because it was just me on camera and also shooting in a moving car with really specific camera movements and focus..I didn't know anyone who could do it the way I wanted, so I just had to end the first shot be leaning as far into the car as I could with the camera. Then cut and open the door, sit in the car. Then hold camera out of the car window as far as I can and record as I bring it in again, starting the next shot. Hardest thing was to 99% match the overlapping shots in that moment it goes through the window: angle, composition, etc. So there's a freeze frame where the inside of the car is a different shot to the outside of the car. BLOOPER ALERT: Did you notice at (5:11) the last car on the right is a dark colored car, then after the camera comes out the window there is a white car there. 2:42: Scene from LOSING IT

It turns out that Lyme disease can cause all kinds of allergies and they vary a lot. Recently there've been reports that some people are getting so allergic to beef and other red meats that they have reactions and can wind up in the hospital just smelling it. That apparently is a particular species of tick that causes that, probably not the one that bit Ren, who can only eat beef and some vegetables. Also, Lyme can be spread other than ticks, and a lot of people never know where they got it from. Ren went undiagnosed for 7 years, and a lot of damage was done. He's had other complications that may or may not have come from Lyme.

A multi-talented musician, instrumentalist, producer, rapper, singer, intelligent, well spoken, and is f***ing ripped too. I’m kinda relieved he can’t really box otherwise I might just give up… 😂 Also, this song is likely based on the original “Murderer” by reggae artist Barrington Levy…but with REN’s own lyrics and style so not really a cover per se….more like a retake I’d guess.
