FIRST TIME HEARING Samurai Pizza Cats - SUPER ZERO | REACTION

Founded in 2021, this is the second band of Daniel Haniss, he is one of EC's guitarists and does the majority of the programming and production for both groups. He and vocalist Sebastian Fischer (aka Sebastian Stolz) were in the pre-EC band Her Smile In Grief. Sebastian and drummer Stefan Buchwald were in the metalcore band Fall of Gaia, bassist Stefan Reufer was in the pop rock band Eleven years. Daniel worked with both, Fall Of Gaia & Eleven Years, as producer and songwriter. They are mostly heavier than EC, especially the debut single "You're Hellcome" and "Wellcome To The Fightclub". Outcast (my favourite), "The Wolf In Me" and "Freakshow" are more in the middle, "Have A G.O.O.D. Day" leans more in the direction of "Super Zero". They also have a song with EC's clean singer Nico Sallach doing a guest feature: "Pizza Homicide" and it's a banger. By the way, prior to Samurai Pizza Cats, Sebastian hadn't done clean vocals.

5 Members of Electric Callboy (Eskimo Callboy) where part of Her Smile in Grief at the beginning. Their original EC-drummer Micheal left the band and was replaced by David. Do you know why Sebastian Fischer was called Sebastian Stolz? A few people said that but i cant find anything about that other than old articles which just mention the name Stolz.

@@JuanCarlosChiliPimmel Yes, all founding members of EC were in Her Smile In Grief besides Sushi Biesler. At that time, David was the drummer of Beast War Returns (formerly Resurrection Of Hate). Beast War Returns disbanded in 2012, David joined EC after Micha left, all the other members founded To The Rats And Wolves with drummer Tobias Lotze (Alazka) and vocalist Nico Sallach. I have no idea why Sebastian Fischer changed his name, maybe Stolz was only a stage name.

@ Yeah i know all those things but the Stolz thing is still wierd to me. I watched some german interviews with Sebastian but the name thing never came up ... well non of his past work in other bands ever rlly came up. :/ Little Edit: I think that Sebatian "Sushi" Biesler was also a founding Member of Eskimo Callboy and he was not a part of "Her smile in Grief"

Samurai pizza cats is great! My most listened band inthe last two years according to my Spotify records. If you want to react to it or not, but please check out their whole album You're Hellcome. It is sooooo good! Very talented band, of course with our beloved Daniel Haniss from EC. My suggestion is first Outcast, then.. lets see how you like that before adding the rest 😂❤

Not only is EC’s Daniel Haniß part of Samurai Pizza Cats. But this video was made by the Schillo brothers. (As stated in the credits.) One of them is in EC as well and they produce all of their videos. So many reasons for the similarities in looks and sound. Btw: Love that Skellington- Edward - Beetlejuice picture on your wall! ❤

First time hearing the band but i remember the anime at least 25 years ago 😅
