I was listening to a radio station at the time when the station broke away from their regular broadcasting to announce Selena’s death. It was a sad day for the Whole World that loved 🥰 Selena. ❤️🎵🎵

I saw Selena at a baile in Nov" 94. She came to the Lakeland Civic Center, in Lakeland Florida. I didn't know her or of her. All 3 sets of cousins went yo the baile together. I was 16yrs old.

Yes! More Selena please. Please look up translations for the any Spanish songs of hers you might react to, you will enjoy them so much more! Fun fact Selena also designed her clothing. The outfit she’s in here was her personal design. She was super talented but also a very genuine kind hearted Person. Her English crossover album was released after her death so sadly there’s no footage of her performing them. All of her music is great but I’d recommend “Missing My Baby”, “Que Creias”, “Si Una Vez”, “I Could Fall In Love” and “Como La Flor”.

@@jasminet4442 yeah they look very similar. It’s the same fabric, she designed all her outfits for stage so she probably had some extra purple for an extra outfit. Definitely make it down to the museum. It’s not what you’d expect from the outside but the inside….WOW. Literally everything is in there and if your lucky her Dad will be in his office and Suzette as well. The time I went to the museum, her dad left his office door open so people could walk by and say hi and even have conversations with him. He was a very nice man. You can still see the sadness in his eyes though.

The reason you never heard any songs of Selena is because she only sing Tejano (Tex-Mex) music in the 1980's and early 1990's. In 1995 she was going to transition to english but Yolanda Saldivar took her life in 1995.
